Today we are talking about 4 most famous and delicious recipes of momos. We all know that momos are from tibat and nepal but, now momos have also a taste of indian flavours. Momos are made in different types and that what today we are talking about. All foodie people like momos and they love to eat it in different types. But we shouldn't have to over eat it because maida is very difficult to digest and it can cause stomach aching. We should have eat it in a limit. Now let's get to the point.

Four most famous and tasty recipes of momos.

Firstly we are talking about veg.momos__

Veg momos__

Take some maida about 1.5 cups and add some salt (as required) and water (as required) in it. Then knead Dough with your hands until it get soft. Now add some oil on it and grease and rest it for 30min. Now take a pan add some oil (2 spoon). Now add garlic, ginger and chilli and then saute it well. Then spring some onion and carrots in it. Now add 1 full cabbage and mix it well. Add some pepper and salt(as required). Do not overcook it. Now it is ready for stuffing.

Take a small ball sized dough and roll it gently and thin. And now stuff the momos and start pleating and seal it tightly from upper side. Now took it in steamer, in low flame and cook it for 10min. 

Now our momos are ready to serve

Secondly we are making paneer momos

Take some maida about 1.5 cups and add some water and salt. Now knead it with your hands until it get soft. Now add some oil and grease and rest it for 30min.

Now take a pan and keep it on low flame. Now add garlic, chilli and cabbage in it and mix it well. Now add paneer in smaal piece that could be stuffed in maida. Now took it for five minutes.

Take a small ball sized dough and roll it and gently and thin. Now stuff the momos and start pleating and seal it tightly from upper. Now took it in steamer and cook it for 12min. Now our momos are ready to eat. 

The type of momos is tandoori momos

Tandoori Momos

Take some maida about 1.5 cup and add some water,oil and salt. Now knead it with your hands. Now add some oil and cover it and rest for 30min.

Then take a pan on low flame now add some oil in it. Now add some garlic, ginger and cook it for 2min. Now add some onion and carrot in it and cook it for 3-4min. Then add a full cabbage in it, cook it until it's colour turn into white from golden red. Now it is ready for stuffing. 

Take a small ball sized dough and roll it gently and thin. Now stuff the momos and start pleating and seal it tightly from upper. Now took it in steamer and cook it for 7 minutes. 

Until it get cooked we should have prepare the stuff for momos upper layer.

Take a bowl, took some curd and now add ginger garlic paste in it, now add turmaric, chilli powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, salt, oil and lemon juice. Now mix it well with a spoon. 

Take a momo and put into it and coat it well. Now took it for marinate for 1 hour. 

Take a pan add some oil now put marinated momos on it and now roast it from both sides. Then took a small cup in between pan and took a red hot charcoal in the cup and also add some gee over it. Cover it for 2 min now your tandoori tawa momos is ready for serve. 

Fourth type of recipe of momos is fried momos

Take a bowl add maida according to your need now add some water and salt in it. Knead it with your hands until it get soft. Now grease it and rest it for 30 min. 

Until we should have to ready the stuff for momos. Take a pan add some oil, now add garlic, ginger and chilli in it. Now add a cabbage in it, cook it for 3 minutes. 

Now take a small ball sized dough and roll it gently and thin. Now take a streamer and took momos in it and cook it fo 6 minutes. 

Then take a pan and add 1 full cup of oil in it. Now fry the momos and your momos are ready for serving.
